- Soup of the Day – Each soup is hand crafted, with fresh vegetables, lean meats, and savory spices. Healthy, hearty, and flavorful.
- French Onion Soup – Caramelized onions infused with brandy and port wine, steeped in a hearty beef broth, and finished with sourdough croutons covered with melted Swiss and Provolone.
- Chili – A powerhouse of fiery South Western flavor simmered in our own special blend of seasonings.
- Our own freshly baked bread seasoned with fresh herbs and garlic, loaded with shredded parmigiano reggiano cheese ready to dunk in a velvety, creamy bath of melted bleu cheese.
- Toasted Ravioli – Ricotta filled ravioli, coated with seasoned bread crumbs, crispy fried and topped with a marinara sauce & shredded parmigiano reggiano.
- Quesadilla – Diced grilled chicken smothered in melted jack and cheddar cheese, with tomatoes, jalapeños and scallions. Served with fresh salsa, sour cream & shredded lettuce.
- Nachos – Tostada-style fresh fried tortilla chips with melted Monterey Jack and Cheddar, accompanied by tomatoes, jalapeños, scallions, shredded lettuce, Pico de Gallo & sour cream. Select from chili or diced chicken for the grand finale!
- Hand selected ripe local tomatoes seasoned and slow roasted in our oven, tossed with sweet diced onion, and herbs garnished with fresh baby arugula and bleu cheese crumbles. Served atop toasted Italian bread and drizzled with our balsamic dressing.
- Crispy Calamari – Lightly breaded rings, fried with hot banana peppers, topped with diced tomatoes and scallions and ready to dip in a smokey chipotle ranch sauce.
- Golden-Fried Chicken Tenders – Fresh chicken tenders rolled in our seasoned flour served golden brown with honey mustard or BBQ sauce.
