The Sauces
Buffalo – Aged cayenne pepper sauce, medium heat.
Sweet & Spicy – Fiery Sriracha sauce, sweetened with honey.
Chipotle Peach – Sweet, smoky, spicy, and habit forming this TD Homer original will make you think of cold Coronas at a Mexican beach side bar. Try some on our bone-in or bone-out wings!
Bourbon Teriyaki – A sweet, savory and salty sauce garnished with sesame seeds and scallions.
Habenero – Pureed fire-roasted habanero pepper sauce, definitely not for the timid.
Habanero BBQ – Fire roasted habenero and BBQ sauce, definitely hot and definitely delicious.
Mango Habanero – Caribbean flavors mingle meld to form this sweet, citrusy, and spicy sauce. The freshly pureed mango coaxes out the fruity flavor of the habenero pepper, but be warned the mango can't tame all that heat. Try it on our bone-in or bone-out wings.
